Valued Consulting was founded by leadership coach, speaker, and culture consultant Micha Mims, and born from a simple but powerful observation: When people truly connect and understand each other, transformation happens. As a woman-owned, black-owned, and certified LGBT business enterprise, our journey began with a passion for bringing diverse perspectives together to create stronger teams and more effective organizations.
